InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. It uses forms associated with the arts—movement, storytelling, voice, and stillness. This workshop will offer creative self-care techniques for those who are grieving and for those who are in the midst of caregiving.
Preparing for your InterPlay workshop: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and bring a bottle of water. This will be a shoe-free workshop – feel free to bring socks to wear during the program if you don’t want to be barefoot.
For questions: contact Christine Kovach, Mission Hospice Berevement Manager, at CKovach@missionhospice.org.
